"We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"Var ett väldigt fint mottagande. Vi fick nybakade kakor och iste under tiden vi checkade in, och det fanns choklad på rummen som var utsmyckade med blommor. Sköna sängar, jätte trevlig restaurang och vänlig personal. Stranden hade ganska stora vågor så vi badade inte där, men väldigt vackert för en promenad."
