Chalets i Pakistan

"Excellent location, just a short walk from Lonnoc Beach and a 15 minute walk from the famous Champagne Beach; 20 minute ride to Port Olry. There is a small village (Hog Harbour Village) nearby, about a 20 minute walk, where you can buy local bread and fruit. Accommodation is very basic but serves its purpose. Mosquito coils and nets are provided. The local who looked after us, Melody, was very welcoming and kind, and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners. There were no kayaks available but they can be rented from the neighbouring Lonnoc Beach Bungalows."

Drainage in the shower is poor and the floor quickly becomes wet and muddy. Facilities are very worn out. The room has no shelving to put your belongings; this would be a great improvement. If you are on a budget, keep in mind that pretty much the only food options in the area are the restaurants at the lodge or at neighbouring accommodations, where a meal costs 1500-2000 vatu per person. The food is delicious though and there are local dishes - the paw paw curry was phenomenal.

"The host was lovely and made sure my family and I had all that we needed. She went all out and hooked us up with amazing tour guides"

"The view was really good with the little terrace in front of the room, I like to have a view. AC was powerful. It was also very very quiet. No noise except the roosters."

Others need to be mindful it's down a steep hill from the main street then up a steep unlit track - bring a flashlight not just phone light. Tricycles pick up at the bottom of the hill.

"Everything! It’s a paradise, perfectly set up to relax and have adventures. Staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Can’t rate this place highly enough"

"The villa was very warm and comfy ! It had all the kitchen equipments needed,even more than expected, if you want u can take food and cook it there. The oven, the wooden heater, the refrigerator,air conditioning, the nice views from the verandas ! Everything was great!"

"Loved the cabin! So calm and relaxing. The cabin itself was so rustic, everything you need is there. The beds were so nice and comfortable, they had working netflix so on the cold rainy nights you can simply cuddle and watch some TV. The breakfast was amazing! Lovely lady gave it to us to our cabin in the morning and it was wrapped so nicely in a proper picnic basket! And the range was amazing, even better than hotel buffets. The staff were friendly! The area is very quiet with a short drive to many hiking spots but that's what we were looking for. Loved every second. Thanks again!"

"Välskött boende med mycket växter som sköttes om noga, man får en avslappnad känsla när man kommer hem. Rena fina rum. Bra uteplats och man kommer ifrån allt buller. Glad och omtänksam personal."

Lite för hårda höga kuddar. Har man problem med kroppen som jag har så kan sömnen bli störd på grund av det. Min sambo hade inte ont av det.

"It’s super secluded! Very quiet. Had facilities from the 90s for kids and family to roam, cycle or just simply walk by the river. The family running the place are very welcoming. Great for fam with young kids"

The property is generally old, not that it’s not well kept but I think it’s kept as best as they can.

"When we received the keys, we were given all the necessary information about our stay. The owner was very kind and even offered us an apartment with a better view. I really appreciate that what I saw in the photos was actually even nicer in reality. The chalet looks exactly like in the pictures (including the equipment) and so does the surrounding area. The location is absolutely perfect for hiking trips – if you want to visit the Logar Valley or Velika Planina, it’s about a 90-minute drive by car. I also appreciated the convenient parking right next to the chalet."
