"Close to the city and the river, very clean and well maintained"

No parking, but that's a problem for most of the Kanchanaburi hotels The water pump is turned on request, don't know if there was a problem with the water. However, despite these issues, I will book a room in this hotel for my next visit to Kanchanaburi

Att toaletten i 11:an stod och rann. Anmälde det för ganska exakt ett år sedan då jag hade samma rum. Rann fortfarande,.!,.onödigt slöseri o kostnad.

"Trevligt litet ställe där vi stannade en natt för att besöka Novi Sad. Ligger några minuter med bil från Novi Sad. Trevlig restaurang, vinåt bara frukost men den var riktigt bra."

Parkeringen var full när vi kom tillbaka efter ett besök i Novi Sad. Vi kunde dock parkera på en sidogata.

"We stayed at this accommodation twice: first for 5 days and then for 7 days. It is a super nice apartment with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and one of the best showers we have had on our trip. The Wi-Fi also worked well. The accommodation is a little way from the center, but that meant it was nice and quiet. The bazaar is only a few minutes' walk away and the bus station is about 10 minutes away. We would definitely go back here—it really became our home away from home."

Personally, I would have liked it if there had been a small gas stove for cooking, but this was mainly because we were staying for a longer period of time and you don't want to eat out every time. The host was nice, but doesn't speak English. What I found unfortunate was that when we checked in for our second stay, we were asked to pay immediately. Because we were staying for seven days and had just finished a strenuous three-day hike, we hadn't been to the ATM and said we would pay the next day. Since we had already stayed for five days the week before, I expected a little trust, and in any case, it's not unusual to pay at checkout. The host apparently didn't like this and was at our door early the next morning. Since we had just gotten out of bed, we hadn't had a chance to withdraw cash yet. A few hours later, her son was at the door to ask for the money again (which we did have by then). It didn't feel hospitable or trusting to be asked for money so often in a bit angry manner. After that, the host didn't pay any attention to us and wasn't around. We asked if we could do our laundry, which was possible for 300 som. But no one came to pick up the laundry. It felt a bit like: I got the money, so I don't have to make any more effort.
