Positivt:
"Perfect Location very close to the square with Great Bars and Restaurants. We stayed twice they stored our bags while we visited Michu Picchu and again for our late transport. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is adequate with 24hr hot water for drinks. The rooms are clean and comfortable."
Negativt:
"You have to get the timing right for the shower to be hot. We found first thing in a morning and before bed."

"The room was lovely. Very clean and well equipped. I had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the hills. The location was good. It felt very safe."
Negativt:
"I liked everything except.. when I changed to a tour group (on the third night) we were given an internal room with windows to the hallways. No privacy and very noisy. I also noticed the staff were less helpful and warm. It was a significant contrast. Considering the tour groups are supporting this hotel.. I would think they should give equal service."

"Nice room, great staff, so helpful and attentive. Room has been cleaned every day, and towels changed. Breakfast box for tours is really good, and nice gesture from the hotel."

"Such great value for your money! The location is pretty central, a few meters from plaza de armas. It's near tons of shos and restaurants. They also have a spa and an ATM right in front. The rooms are simple, sufficient and are very clean. I asked for a heater and they were able to lend me one. There was one night when I could hear music from outside but I was able to sleep thru it so I din't mind it that much. I think this is typical for the area since the buildings share walls. The staff were incredible and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"It was at a quiet location but still near town centre (plaza de armas) about 10 to 15min walk and also San Blas. Local markets and restaurants near by. Comfortable apartment for 2 and equipped with cooking utensils. Grateful for the good supply of hot water for showers."
Negativt:
"There were no lifts and we were on the third floor. It wasn't too bad carrying our luggage up but as this was Cusco you get breathless easily. We stayed in early October and like most places in Cusco there was no central heating and relied on the space heaters provided. Additionally as we come from the tropics so the cold really hit us. These are things to note and not really deal breakers."

"Nice hotel, very close to the main square. Room 209 was very nice and quiet"
Negativt:
"The rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy. Ask to move to the back if you are given rooms 201 or 202. The street noise goes on all through the night as do the fireworks. The church bells start really early too."
