"Nice view, a couple of minutes drive from the city centre. New, modern furnitures."
It was pretty annoying that the fire alarm was beeping every 4-5 minutes probably due to the low level of battery. The kitchen could be better equiped: there is no toaster, sponge to wash the dishes. It would be a nice gesture to leave some essentials like salt and pepper. In the toilet upstairs there is no towel to dry your hands. Downstairs in the bathroom the sink is blocked, the water cannot go down easily. There is also no bath mat, a small carpet when you step out from the shower. And the toilet is placed so low, it is hard to imagine this was designed for adults. Also the bathroom could be cleaner. Given all these small uncomfortabilities it is interesting that you are constantly being reminded about the rules of flat. You cannot really relax, because the operator of the accommodation is constantly bombarding the guests with instructions in unnecessarily long emails: to open the windows and air the flat, take out the trash, dont wear shoes inside, empty the washing machine and they constantly remind you about the fees you have to pay if you dont follow the instructions. Also it took them a week to release the deposit.
