"The staff were amazing! So friendly, and helpful. There was milk provided for the guests which was a bonus as I always bring tea bags with me, so saved me a walk to the shop. The location was brilliant and the hostel was very clean"

The only issue is that I’ve stayed in similar hostels, but the price was nowhere near as expensive. I know it’s in Zurich, but it’s still a hostel.

"The price and location of this hostel are excellent. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. Tobias and the cat Felix (aka Garfield) did a great job running the place while the owner, Christian, was enjoying his vacation in Greece. Highly recommended"

If you want a beach holiday it's a little far but if you enjoy the cultural aspects it's a perfect spot. Just a little uphill.

"We had a wonderful stay. It's a good way to get to know the Uzbek culture, far away from the touristy areas. It's run by a family. Nigina and her girls cooked amazing fresh food every day. Best food we had in whole Uzbekistan especially the Plov, even the guides who stayed there it's one of the best they ever had. Raxmat is an amazing host he helped us with thing from the beginning till the end, with transportation or also with hike tours. The place is good for every type of travellers, there were also some families, solo female travelers etc. For us, we stayed 3 nights, it was nice to disconnect (they have wifi) but we never used it. There is plenty of things to do like hiking etc. We will miss this wonderful place. Thank you again Raxmat and Nigina!"

- would have been great if there were a kettle for guests' use. Needed some hot water to soothe my stomach and had to ask the staff to boil a cup for me.

"Sehr nette Besitzerin. Lage etwas versteckt im Kampung. Nah am Flughafen. An einem kleinen See mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Essensmöglichkeiten an der nahen Hauptstraße. Küche mit Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Super für Leute, die eine Übernachtung in Flughafennähe suchen."

Ingen krok att hänga kläder eller liten hylla för tex glasögon när man skulle sova. Det finns utvecklingspotential för sånt:)0

"Property had a really nice hang out space and the WiFi worked really well and was very fast for our 2 day stay. Staff helped us arrange a local bus to Chipata."

Rooms very very basic and had a mould issue. But other than that was okay. We didn’t have bed bugs in our room, but we met other backpackers in the dorm beds that said they did have them…

"Fantomet att det inte låg i Tena var jättebra, det var ganska tyst och väldigt fint runtomkring. Våra rum var väldigt enkla men väldigt bra städade och alla faciliteterna med. Kommer definitivt stanna där en annan gång"

Inget dåligt egentligen mer än myggnätet som fanns vid fönstret vad lite sönder och hade lite småhål, och att det inte fanns någon AC/TV. Kan ha varit för att vi bokade de enklaste rummen. Men annars var allt bra!

"Fantastiskt läge, nära en fin badplats och brygga. God frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på. Lite mer frukt från omgivningen hade varit trevligt. Bra restaurang för middag och god mat! Vi hade tur med varmt och soligt väder så underbart att kunna sitta ute på den fina innergården. Vänliga och hjälpsamma."

A bit noisy customers second night but it was okay

"Låg vid ett litet industriområde men störde inte! 15-20 minuters till centrum. Endast tre rum som delade kök och wc/dusch. Två enkelrum och ett dubbelrum. Micro, spis med ugn, kyl med frysfack, diskbänk, möjlighet till tvättmaskin i "källaren, Tv endast i dubbelrummet men det var inte uthyrt så värdinnan låste upp det så att man även kunde använda den om så önskades! Men jag var ju inte på Grönland för att se på Tv, men tanken räknas! Möttes av en trevlig värdinna som förklarade allt. Och billigt i jämförelse med andra ställen! För min del helt perfekt! Brukar vara sparsam med boendet vid resorna och har upplevt vissa nitlotter men detta var INTE ett ett av dom! Skulle bo här igen om jag återvänder till Nook! (riktigt varmt vatten fanns i duschen och tog inte slut vilket kan hända på andra ställen! Värme även i hela stället)."
