"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"Underbart läge. Trevlig personal. Skönt med spa-avdelningen som var kostadsfri eftersom vi inte tog någon behandling. Vi hade halvpension och middagarna var fantastiska (4-rätters). Omgivningarna runt hotellet överträffade våra förväntningar, trots att vi visste att detta område i Luxemburg har vacker natur."

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. You can feel the beds springs. Mattress too thin.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"Bra 7 vånings hotell vid trafikerad gata mitt mellan två tågstationer. Trafiken kan vara störande i rum mot gatan. Engelska fungerade bra."

Vi hade både kylskåp och vattenkokare på rummet men tyvärr missade personalen att fylla på kaffe och tepåsar vid städningen.

Lite hårda sängar. Att folk lade ut handdukar och ”paxade” solstolar trots att det ej var tillåtet.

"Allt, precis allt. Generös lobby där man inte behöver beställa utan bara slå sig med och ta en gratis café. Fantastiskt lätt att begripa AC. Området i sig. Var så lycklig över att bara stiga ut och befinna sig just Där !!! Det mesta ligger 3- 4 kilometer bort och man kan aldrig gå vilse då överallt är som en dröm av storslagen arkitektur."

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."
