"The staff were amazing! So friendly, and helpful. There was milk provided for the guests which was a bonus as I always bring tea bags with me, so saved me a walk to the shop. The location was brilliant and the hostel was very clean"

The only issue is that I’ve stayed in similar hostels, but the price was nowhere near as expensive. I know it’s in Zurich, but it’s still a hostel.

"A Pleasant Surprise at Palm Garden! We booked Palm Garden without checking any reviews—only afterward did we take a look and feel a bit unsure. My husband even told me not to say anything about the booking, just to see how it was when we got there. But to our surprise, from the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. At the doorstep, we were greeted by Madu at reception, who welcomed us with the warmest smile—as if we had known her for years! 😊 Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful view. It was clear that the staff really care about maintaining a high standard."

"A very nice and atmospheric resort. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of parking spaces. There is a gazebo on site where you can barbecue and spend a nice evening. Additionally, a small playground for children. The rooms are very clean. Two toilets and 3 shower cabins per floor."

Ingen krok att hänga kläder eller liten hylla för tex glasögon när man skulle sova. Det finns utvecklingspotential för sånt:)0

Sehr rustikal, viele Moskitos im Zimmer, die ziemlich genervt haben, kein Ventilator, aber zum Schlafen gab es aber ein Moskitonetznetz! leider hat es immer wieder geregnet und da das Badezimmer draussen war, musste ich durch den Regen, am WC hat es auch geregnet, Kakalaken in der Dusche und dem WC

"The landlady was very kind and polite. She provided all the necessary things like flip flops, towel and wifi password. The bed was very comfortable surprisingly. Would definitely recommend it!"

"The hostel was pretty clean. The staff at the reception were friendly, helpful, and patient. They have a lot of knowledge about tourism in Bagan and were always happy to give advice or answer questions. It was also very convenient that they can help you book buses directly at the hostel, and that you can rent e-bikes. Another big plus is the atmosphere. The hostel is social, but not in an overwhelming way. It’s not loud or pushy. There are great opportunities to connect with other travelers if you want, but you can also just sit by the pool and enjoy some quiet time. I think this place is perfect both for people looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to meet others."

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only small improvement I can think of would be adding curtains to the beds, which would give a bit more privacy.

Vattnet i en av duscharna var kallt och det var lite svårt med få nycklar med ett stort sällskap.

"Personalen är jätte bra och väldigt trevliga. Hotellet är väldigt städat och rent och toaletterna ser bra ut. Internet är också bra till skillnad från andra Hotel jag har varit på o Medina."

Fanns lite myror lite över allt men inget ofarligt så men kan vara bra att få bort de, jag hade inga problem med de men kan tänka mig att andra kan ha det.

"Låg vid ett litet industriområde men störde inte! 15-20 minuters till centrum. Endast tre rum som delade kök och wc/dusch. Två enkelrum och ett dubbelrum. Micro, spis med ugn, kyl med frysfack, diskbänk, möjlighet till tvättmaskin i "källaren, Tv endast i dubbelrummet men det var inte uthyrt så värdinnan låste upp det så att man även kunde använda den om så önskades! Men jag var ju inte på Grönland för att se på Tv, men tanken räknas! Möttes av en trevlig värdinna som förklarade allt. Och billigt i jämförelse med andra ställen! För min del helt perfekt! Brukar vara sparsam med boendet vid resorna och har upplevt vissa nitlotter men detta var INTE ett ett av dom! Skulle bo här igen om jag återvänder till Nook! (riktigt varmt vatten fanns i duschen och tog inte slut vilket kan hända på andra ställen! Värme även i hela stället)."

"Läget är suveränt, samt att personalen är så trevlig."

Rummen är lite tråkiga men för priset tycker jag absolut att det är värt det!! Fanns däremot inget fönster i mitt rum.
