I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

Att stugan var så dåligt städad när vi kom och att dammsugaren i stugan var så dålig så det var svårt att städa.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"The house warms up quickly with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There were a few small issues: no shower curtain, and the shower threshold let water through, so the floor got wet while showering. The water heater was next to the bed and a bit noisy at night, but we simply turned it off before sleeping. We mentioned everything to the administrator, and he promised it would all be fixed. Overall, we had a positive impression. It was especially convenient to have a restaurant on-site — we could have breakfast there, grab something to take away, or enjoy a simple dinner. The food selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough for us."

"Ett fantastiskt ställa, otrolig botanisk trädgård med alla möjliga träd och blommor. Påfåglar i massor. Tyst, lugnt och harmoniskt. Härlig stil överallt bar som restauranf. Besöker gärna stället en gång till."

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

"We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."
