The location is a little way out of town, but it's handy for the lake

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

"The house warms up quickly with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There were a few small issues: no shower curtain, and the shower threshold let water through, so the floor got wet while showering. The water heater was next to the bed and a bit noisy at night, but we simply turned it off before sleeping. We mentioned everything to the administrator, and he promised it would all be fixed. Overall, we had a positive impression. It was especially convenient to have a restaurant on-site — we could have breakfast there, grab something to take away, or enjoy a simple dinner. The food selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough for us."

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Location is great. In the middle of the forest, plenty opportunities for walking. Got an excellent massage by Anna from the spa, highly recommend it!"

Too many kids - weather was a bit rainy so they were mostly inside...

"I had the most wonderful stay! The island was so incredibly picturesque, my chalet dreamy, the food phenomenal and Annarine and Rodney were absolutely gems! I felt so very safe and well minded. The wifi in the restaurant was top notch. Will definitely be back again soon! 🩷"

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

"Stugans utformning med två sovrum och ett litet kök och vardagsrum i ett. Bra sängar. Det var lugnt på campingen."

Att stugan var så dåligt städad när vi kom och att dammsugaren i stugan var så dålig så det var svårt att städa.

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña
