"It has everything .. breakfast included and 1 spot for underground parking"

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"pool was great, room was nice but if I had a choice I would rather stay on ground floor given my age and carting of luggage my husband has a disability and the walk was to long other than that if was very nice the breakfast was great!"

the dinner was abit expensive

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

Sköna sängar, jätte trevlig restaurang och vänlig personal. Stranden hade ganska stora vågor så vi badade inte där, men väldigt vackert för en promenad."

The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

Breakfast could be improved.

"En fantastiskt fin anläggning. Det är högsta klass på allt. Alltifrån faciliteter, till frukosten. Vi var bara på genomresa och då funkar det att man bor vid en golfanläggning någon kilometer från motorvägen. För den som ska spela golf är det såklart helrätt, men ska man turista ett par dagar i Riga eller Jurmala bör man välja något som ligger inne i dessa städer."

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.
