室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.

"This place is fantastic and definitely exceeded my expectations! You get free pick up and drop off to the airport. The room and bathroom were super clean, the bed is comfy, the AC works great and you have good WiFi throughout the hotel. The grounds were very well kept as well as the pools, all clean and beautifully liked with palm trees. The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. The view from the restaurant is very nice and you see the ocean in the background. The food was very good and all freshly made on the spot. Sure, the building is a bit old and the furniture in the rooms may be a bit outdated but the stay is wonderful and with great views, food and staff, which more than make up for it."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

Att stugan var så dåligt städad när vi kom och att dammsugaren i stugan var så dålig så det var svårt att städa.
